This course is for managers, team leaders, and anyone with people responsibility who wants to go deeper into their leadership. It’s designed for both those new to the role and those with years of experience. We believe that true leadership starts with self-awareness and that the courage to build deep, authentic relationships is key to creating psychological safety in a team. The course is offered both in-house for organizations and as an open program where you’ll grow alongside leaders from different industries. Meetings that can transform you and others is for those who want to master the art of building relationships – perhaps the most important leadership skill of all. Using our unique ERL method, you’ll deepen your connection with yourself and learn to meet others with greater presence, empathy, and authenticity. These qualities are essential for creating psychological safety and engagement in any team. And as your self-leadership grows, you’ll be better equipped to support others’ development.
The course is experiential at its core – centered around interactive exercises and group work that invite you into deeper self-awareness. You’ll work in pairs and small groups in a safe environment designed to support honest reflection and real connection. There’s no fixed formula. Instead, we shape the process and pace the challenge based on the needs and capacity of the group. Common elements include deep listening, building trust, noticing your body’s signals, and developing the courage to show up as your full, authentic self with others.
This process asks something of you, but it’s not about performing or being perfect. It’s about having the courage to explore, to feel, and to simply be. And it’s an experience that can shift you deeply – helping you rediscover energy, presence, and purpose.

Fredrik Gynnhammar
Fredrik is a passionate facilitator who helps participants develop deeper self-awareness and stronger leadership. With a background in physiotherapy, psychotherapy, and embodiment practices, he has a unique ability to connect body, mind, and self-leadership. Drawing on his diverse experience – from healthcare settings to workshops and meditation retreats – Fredrik equips leaders with practical tools to show up with greater presence, clarity, and authenticity.
