About the course

Leadership is about more than just strategies and decisions – it’s about building strong relationships and knowing how to communicate. Leaders spend around 80%* of their time communicating, and this course helps you build trust, engagement, and safety in your leadership style. We focus on hands-on practice in small groups, with lots of time for feedback and reflection. You’ll develop your communication skills quickly and leave with practical tools you can use right away at work.

Our method – ERL – takes a deeper approach. It involves your whole self: body, mind and how you relate to others. You’ll learn how to navigate tough conversations, read body language, and use non-verbal cues to lead with more impact. It’s a safe space where you can try things out, reflect and grow – both as a leader and as a person.

This isn’t just a communication course. It’s a journey of self-awareness and leadership, giving you the confidence to grow – and to help others grow as well.

Our training center

Sunnanå course venue: Large room with gym, pool table and table tennis, large windows along one wall and garden outside

The course takes place at Villa Fortuna, our charming retreat space in Sunnanå, just 10 km from Malmö and Lund. This beautifully preserved historic villa sits in a park-like setting, offering an inspiring environment for learning and development – with both spacious and intimate rooms for workshops and group discussions.

Originally built for one of Malmö’s most successful entrepreneurs, the house has a rich history and is filled with elegant details that reflect the luxury of its era.

Sunnanå course venue: Part of the course centre with high ceilings and a large tree growing indoors, as well as a seating area

To preserve its original character, we’ve chosen to maintain much of the classic architecture. That means bedrooms don’t have private bathrooms, but there are plenty of well-kept shared facilities in the hallway. After a full day of learning, you can unwind with a workout, a game of table tennis or billiards, or a relaxing session in the sauna.

Villa Fortuna is a space for focus, reflection, and renewal – the perfect setting for personal and professional growth.
